Order Changes
Unfortunately we are unable to combine orders, add extra items or change the shipping method on an order that has already been placed. If you would like to cancel your order or make a change to the address, please make sure to include your order number and details of the change you’d like to make in your initial email as this will speed things up. Please note we are unable to make any changes or cancel orders that have been despatched.
Returns Queries
You can find out how to make a return by clicking here.
If you would like to find out if your return has been received, please use the tracking number from your proof of postage or returns label to track this. Please allow 14 working days for your return to be processed once this has arrived with us. You will receive an email confirming once your return has been processed.
Restock Queries
We’re not able to confirm specific restock dates for items, however if a product will be coming back into stock then on the product page you will be able to sign up to receive an email notification when the item is back in stock. We will then let you know as soon as this has arrived.
